The process was so quick and easy by being able to complete everything online. Katie did a lot for me to make the process so easy and Eric had the car ready for the test drive and finishing up the sal complete everything online. It's good to find a dealership that is upfront and honest. The biggest problem I had with looking for a car was everyone telling me to come in we can get you a new vehicle and then I'm there and they honest. The biggest problem I had with looking for a car was everyone telling me to come in we can get you a new vehicle and then I'm there and they want thousands of dollars that I did not have. The gentleman I dealt with at the dealership was up front and made the entire experience very enjoyable. I enjoy the vehicle and he didn't try to put me in just a vehicle he got me in the vehicle that I actually need it More

We had to go out there twice went Friday about 5, conveniently they "couldn't make the sale" since it was closing time, had to make a second trip Saturday. if cars weren't so hard to come by I woul conveniently they "couldn't make the sale" since it was closing time, had to make a second trip Saturday. if cars weren't so hard to come by I would not have went back the next day, or maybe had them bring the care to a closer Liberty. I wish I knew the mans name whom was behind the center desk and came over to rudely tell us they couldn't make the sale due to the bank being closed. BS! this isn't my first rodeo, I've never head that. Miguel our sales man was nice, this was an easy sale, I knew what I was looking for no need to walk the lot, or test drive several cars, however he assured me he'd get me the second key and mail it to me since we already were inconvenienced by going all the way there twice, Well, Miguel, it's been a month I've called twice asking about it and still no key. IM STILL WAITING! on a good note, we did do a digital signing so we didn't have to sit there for hours signing papers, we clicked a few spots on the cell and got a zip drive with all our documents More
