This will be the third car we've gotten from this dealership. Great service. They were all very accommodating to me and my 96 year old father who is hard of hearing. The staff at this site is incompetent not friendly and tolerates the customer not celebrate the business the customer brings. The service department particular the first and the second individuals you enc tolerates the customer not celebrate the business the customer brings. The service department particular the first and the second individuals you encounter once enter the service center from the garage port lack integrity. My camera on my 2019 Ford fiesta is not working on April 1st I took my car in to have a diagnostic test on the inoperable camera. In addition to this issue my light bulb was out in the rear of the car. I was told by a service advisor that the camera needed to be replaced he supposedly placed a order due to the fact none were available at this site. He also informed me the light bulb was replaced and one of my tires had a nail in it. He stated the tire was patched and the light bulb was replaced. I called today April 18th to check on the status of the camera delivery and was told a camera was never ordered and the light bulb came in the very next day after my April 1st visit. The service advisor lied to me he never ordered the camera nor had the mechanic replace the light bulb in the rear of my car. I spoke to the manager he told me he would investigate and call me later today. I never heard from the manager over the service department by the end of closing. The customer service I received is not acceptable. More

This dealer has been exceptional to me i would recommend them to anyone the sales dept and the service so far have been excellent. I ordered a new truck which was a very long wait (not there fault) they of them to anyone the sales dept and the service so far have been excellent.
