Let me start by saying, being a female is sometimes nerve wracking when doing anything with a vehicle with maintenance. When I arrived, I felt at home. I explained to the employee that I tried fixing the veh wracking when doing anything with a vehicle with maintenance. When I arrived, I felt at home. I explained to the employee that I tried fixing the vehicle myself but couldn't get the piece off so I threw in the towel and decided to bring my car to be looked at. There was no judgement, only support, and the employee had knowledge about the car part and educated me on the specific part I was trying to fix. This shop was quick and had my car ready to go within hours. Will definitely be bringing my car back for future maintenance needed. More
