I bought my Sierra EV from another dealership in the Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. I was greeted by Rick Kinslinger in the Service department who quickly assured me they would make my vehicle right. Rick was a model of professionalism, keeping me updated along the way and going the extra mile to arrange a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my Sierra EV. Even though it is a long way to travel for me to visit this dealership, I will now use Liberty GMC for ALL my service needs from now on.
