The rep goes over what type of service is recommended and gives you some some alternative options. They are very attentive and courteous! The provide you with updates on how it’s going and if the have found any unexpected maintenance. Since my Honda Pilot is a 2017 the maintenance has been pretty typical! I love the Pilot it’s a great alternative to an SUV. I also like the facility and staff! Libery is A-1!!! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them! More
