Lori the sales woman was as nice as could be, so helpful, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Middletown Nissan the prior week where they took my car keys to value my trade and then were super pushy and pretty much demanded I buy from them right then and there and didn't give me back my keys so I couldn't leave! Lori understood I wanted to take my time, do my research and make sure I waited until I found the RIGHT car. Once I picked a car the rest was easy...they got me GREAT financing (super shocked because I knew my credit score!) and gave me a fair price on my trade, and the car price wasn't inflated so I didn't have to play that stupid game of haggling. The whole experience was easy and painless, which is a big deal for me--being a single woman can be tough when it comes to car shopping because sales people tend to be very pushy and that's NOT how I roll! Thank you SO MUCH to Lori because I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car! More
