This was the case yesterday with service advisor Jaimie Andrzeicik who was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She explained several things to me about my car not only for "FYI" purposes but also to save me money so she should be commended for her customer service since it makes the repair/service process so much easier for your customers. I expected a wait of 2 hours but the work was done in a little over an hour - another plus for your service operation. I will definitely return for service and will also recommend Liberty Honda to others. More
