Call, don't use chat to make service appointment Early on Monday, February 4, I tried to make a service appointment via chat but got cut off while responding to "Is there anything else I can do for y Early on Monday, February 4, I tried to make a service appointment via chat but got cut off while responding to "Is there anything else I can do for you today?" question from Scarlett. (I assume she could tell that the customer was busy typing a response, as most chats function this way.) Also, instead of being able to schedule an appointment, I was promised that a service team member would call "asap" to schedule it. However, no one called all day so I placed a call on Tuesday with good results and got great service during my appointment on Thursday. Using the website to make an appointment was challenging, especially after providing all of my car and personal information as requested, only to have to repeat it during the chat. Lesson learned .
