The technician (Melissa Donovan) was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. She made it very clear as to what would be done subject to my approval as well as the cost. I assumed that I would have to wait several hours for the work to be completed but it was finished within one and a half hours which was a pleasant surprise. I was also pleased that Melissa had my car washed which is greatly appreciated. Lastly, the cost for the servicing was the amount that she had said it would be so there were no surprises. I will definitely return to Liberty Honda for service and also recommend them to others. More
