Excellent Customer Service Sales & Finance Staff Sales Manager Jason Behan, and Sales Reps Luis Castillo, and Pablo were terrific. They provided the necassry information we needed to decide if we should by a certified preowned Pilot or a New 2017 Pilot. After telling us about the life time warranty offer by Liberty on the power train for all new Pilots, and the low rate 60 month 0.9% financing offered by HONDA it made our decision very easy! The new 2017 Pilot EX-L with modern steal metallic and black leather interior was not on the lot at the time we were shopping. It was the end of 2017 and Liberty was trying to clear its lot of 2017 models. They were offering a sales price signicantly lower than the MSRP by more than 10%. During this time Liberty’s inventory of 2017 Pilots was getting depleted quickly as sales were brisk. Jason honored the original sales price he offered us for 2017 Pilot EX-L currently in stock on his lot, even though he would have to locate a vehicle from another dealer and then transport it to Liberty. Jason and his Team worked with the Liberty Swap Team to find us a new 2017 Pilot EX-L with color and interior we wanted! They located a vehicle that met my requirements of having the fewest miles on it! The car they delivered had 89 miles on it 40 of which came when the car was transferred from an out of state dealer! Luis and Pablo worked with us to explain all the features and recommended maintenance. The Finance Rep, Juan, was also excellent and worked with us to customize an extended warranty package that met our needs! It was a terrific car buying experience. There was no pressure on us at any time! The staf was knowledgeable and accommodating and kept us abreast of the status of locating a vehicle and gave us details regarding the ETA and when it would be inspected and prepped for sale once it arrived at Liberty. Overall it was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend Liberty HONDA in Hartford CT! Great people to work with.
