When I can in to pick it up, Kelvin and Chad did a great job of showing me all the features of the vehicle. They spent quite a bit of time explaining everything to me. I even went back the next day to review some of the features of Bluetooth since I didn't have my phone connector when I picked up the car. Chad met me and went over the features with me as well. Buying a new vehicle was actually a pleasure We started our search online and sent emails out through Edmunds.com. Sunday morning. Three dealerships responded back but only Liberty Honda was open on Sunday. Andrew sent the response back within half an hour with a decent quote. My wife and I decided to take a ride to Hartford and look at the CRV she liked from the pictures on the web site. When we arrived and walked through the doors we looked around briefly and Mike came right over and introduced himself. He explained Liberty Honda's pricing and warranties and got our car appraised in no time at all. I actually think I was rushing him a little because I was missing the Daytona 500. My wife test drove the CRV while Mije explained every detail about the vehicle. We never thought we would be leaving a deposit that quick on a vehicle, but we did. The only small catch was that the one we put the deposit on didn't have navigation, something she had in her Lexus and always used.We were fine with that because the I phone linked the maps to the SUV's monitor which is great. Looking on Liberties website I noticed there was one White CRV with black interior and Navigation. I called Mike the next morning, gave him the stock number and he said it was indeed there. I apologized for the change in vehicles but we knew that was the car for my wife. He responded instantly with " no worries it's not a problem at all, when do you want to pick it up " It was an absolute pleasure working with him and we Will recommend your dealership and Mike to all or friends and family...........
