Efficient, caring, personable, feel respected I had just been to another manufacturer's dealership earlier in the week for my second vehicle and this really helped me see where Liberty excels. The whole process of having my car serviced from appointment to check-in to shuttle to check out is excellent and for a reasonable cost. I prescheduled the appointment as I needed additional preventative services. Check in service staff are friendly, receipt is clearly worded and laid out, shuttle to work was excellent - had a great conversation with the driver. Service tech called me at work and carefully explained additional services needed and options. On pick up, service tech took me outside to my car to illustrate a problem area that we discussed earlier. Cashier staff are friendly. I've had all of my maintenance done at Liberty from the time I bought my car there in 2005 till now. Would highly recommend. More
