I had bought my last car at a competitor and wasn't sure what to expect but remained open to the idea. Well, any fears and doubts stayed outside as soon as I walked through the door. The greeting I received was friendly and professional; not pushy or intrusive, all in my time. I immediately felt calm and could concentrate on what I came for - to buy a new car. I felt so incredibly comfortable - every question, no matter how small, was answered to my full satisfaction. The cars come from the same manufacturer -- finding the right dealership to buy from is the challenge. I can't say enough about Liberty Honda and my experience. Everything about it from selection to purchase to pick up day exceeded my expectations. Mice ate wiper line I arrived at 7am for my scheduled appt and there was a line of cars already there. They moved into the garage in an organized and timely manner. I had never seen this before as it as my first time here; I am used to leaving my car out doors and then going in and getting in line at the desk. I was really impressed because this is more convenient for me and it saves some steps for those who have to look around for the vehicles in the lot. I asked about the volume per day and the number of employees and was awed at how many cars you fix per day and the number of jobs you provide to the area. Everyone was absolutely great! They identified my problem within an hour and I was out the door and home before the snow started. And it only cost $16.00. The only disappointment was that my salesman, Kash, was off and I did not get to see him to say "Merry Christmas". I felt really comfortable with him and would recommend him and Liberty Honda to all.
