I went in for an oil change. I was recommended a bunch of services including a tire rotation and alignment (I just got new tires maybe 2-3 weeks ago & don't drive far). I was showed a photo that said the rear tires were wearing unevenly so I agreed to the service. I waited 3 hours but the alignment was not able to be completed and I needed to leave. The next morning my tire went completely flat, I called and spoke with Chris. He said I should leave the car so the services could be complete. I had to have it towed in so the rest of my service could be done and the tire assessed. I was told the valve was messed up (likely during the inflation process after tire rotation) but it was able to be repaired.. It was just a big inconvenience for me More

We've had issues with sales and service since day 1. First, the car came in 2+ months late and our salesperson wasn't transparent or professional. He never told us that the delivery window had been pushed back. I had to call and follow up on numerous occasions; the delivery window got pushed back 8+ times and not once did he call to keep us in the loop. He also told us he was going to email us links with 'how to's' on the vehicle, and explanation of features. We never got that. The vehicle's battery had to be replaced at 13,000 mi and again just last week at 27,000 mi. We've had poor roadside service; one time they were 3+ hours late, then when we called back and resubmitted a service claim, they cancelled the service without speaking to us and never showed. Also, there apparently was a basic service that was supposed to be provided at 15,000 mi that was never done - we were never told it needed to get done. More
