This is my Honda CRV my first one 2003 I bought from liberty Honda my last one I also bought from liberty Honda. I’ve had a few major problems with my 2022 Honda CRV and both times was outstanding servi liberty Honda my last one I also bought from liberty Honda. I’ve had a few major problems with my 2022 Honda CRV and both times was outstanding service rep. I enjoyed the way your team got back to me with video so I would understand what needs to be done and I do also enjoy the the no pressure approach that was used both times my car had to be left at the shop for days and I was lucky to get a loaner car each time appreciate that as well. I would have to say a thumbs up for liberty Honda in my service slip Rep Chloe. More

Positive person, but I don’t really trust him. Words like “really nasty oil leak” or your suspension is totally trashed, made me believe it, but sound exaggerated. I could see the oil leak in th Words like “really nasty oil leak” or your suspension is totally trashed, made me believe it, but sound exaggerated. I could see the oil leak in the video and had them fix it. The rest was questionable. Another dealer said my suspension was old but pointed to the real problem with the sway bar making the noise. And Chandler was not responsive. I had to call him to find out what was going on after five hours no call, then again later. My first visit when I picked up my car at 5:15 he had left for the day so I didn’t go over the final charges. I paid $2500 to Liberty, for work I felt needed to be done, but not the additional $4000 they recommended. Turned out $850 at another dealer solved the problem. So I won’t be back to Liberty. More
