My Honda was towed by AAA to this dealership after my car broke down. When my insurance suggested getting a second opinion for Liberty’s total engine rebuild estimate, the car was towed to its home base Hond broke down. I feel I'm done with liberty honda. The four times I went there they "forgot" to rotate my tires. The last time they denied it even though there were no hand prints on my dirty rims and The four times I went there they "forgot" to rotate my tires. I recently put new retires on and when asked for a alignment I agreed even though the car drove perfectly straight. After the tech told me he could only adjust the car so much due to a bad part. So before the alignment my car drove perfectly straight and since the alignment pulls to the left. Remember people, dealers make their money on service. I'd stay away from liberty honda. More
