I went in for an oil change. I was recommended a bunch of services including a tire rotation and alignment (I just got new tires maybe 2-3 weeks ago & don't drive far). I was sho I was recommended a bunch of services including a tire rotation and alignment (I just got new tires maybe 2-3 weeks ago & don't drive far). I was showed a photo that said the rear tires were wearing unevenly so I agreed to the service. I waited 3 hours but the alignment was not able to be completed and I needed to leave. The next morning my tire went completely flat, I called and spoke with Chris. He said I should leave the car so the services could be complete. I had to have it towed in so the rest of my service could be done and the tire assessed. I was told the valve was messed up (likely during the inflation process after tire rotation) but it was able to be repaired.. It was just a big inconvenience for me More
