After a month I finally get my quote and it was for over $5200, and no attempt was made to really give me choices. It was basically replace the entire air conditioning system or nothing. I also feel that my Civic was sabotaged by this service department as my air conditioning still functioned as I brought the car in, and now it does not work at all. The BBB and Honda corporate will be contacted soon. More

I was over charge $91 and it was very obvious. I showed how I was overcharged and it was corrected. Many would have just paid it. I put air in the one low tire and it went off. Did I really need the alignment or just air in one tire! More
