I originally gave 5/5 because the buying experience was very good. But then things turned south after a month when I was supposed to get my number plates. I followed up with them before a week itself to re very good. But then things turned south after a month when I was supposed to get my number plates. I followed up with them before a week itself to remind that my temp registration is expiring. They didn't care about anything and finally the day comes when my registration expired. When I called them, they simply said I can drive with the expired registration and if get pulled over and get a ticket they will pay the fine. I mean a dealer asking to do literally illegal thing, I decided not to drive as it's illegal. I asked two things, either extend my temporary registration or give me loaner car or reimburse my rental car. They gave me no option other than driving with expired registration. So I ended up renting a car myself out of pocket for a week. Even if DMV takes time, it's dealership responsibility to take care of the customer in a legal way. Very frustrating and I would never ever recommend this place to buy a car to anyone. More
