I read unusually good reviews about Liberty Kia and decided to make them my first stop. I met with Tony Catalano who was personable and professional and provided a helpful and stress-free experience. I was likewise anxious about meeting the finance person - they tend to be worse than the salespeople - but Bernadette politely informed my about the different extended warranty options and, when I declined, let the matter drop. Unfortunately, if you buy a car here and do not fill out the survey fal and as the salesman tells you that you must fill it out, the deal changes, they do not notify you that your license plates are ready a the survey fal and as the salesman tells you that you must fill it out, the deal changes, they do not notify you that your license plates are ready and when you go to pick up the license plates the same salesman makes you feel his inconvenience for not having filled out that survey as he asked you to, Definitely an awkward moment. Bad service, I do not recommend it. More

This is a rating of the Service Department, not sales. If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. They botched my son's OIL CHANGE in October resulting in needing a whole new engine, not to mention If I could leave a review with no stars, I would. He brought the car in on Wednesday with the check engine light on and was told it was fine to drive 100 miles to the shore. Well, now he's stuck there with a car that won't start and no help from anyone at the dealership to get him home. They won't even take responsibility for sending him away. The service manager was rude to me and apparently has no supervisor? No general manager at this location! Steer clear! More
