Liberty Mazda fixed a hard-to-find issue with the driver assistance/safety system sensors in my rear bumper. I had taken my car to an auto body mechanic (not affiliated with Liberty) to have some work done assistance/safety system sensors in my rear bumper. I had taken my car to an auto body mechanic (not affiliated with Liberty) to have some work done on my rear bumper. During the repair, he put the sensors in "backwards" which caused the system to work improperly. When I went back to him to complain, he ran a scan and told me, "No error codes" and didn't look into it further. I knew something was wrong so I took it to Liberty. Liberty mechanics persistently researched the issue until they FOUND the problem with the sensor placement and FIXED it! Donna nicely wrote up the cause and repair process on my invoice so I could return to the auto body mechanic to demand a refund for shoddy work. Thank you, Liberty Mazda! More

I've purchased several cars from this dealership over the years. I always service my car with them. I feel they are honest and so it's not like going to the doctor at check up time. They are polite. After a very stressful morning, Liberty Mazda was extremely helpful in getting me (and my car) back on track. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to the dealership with no appointment. Went in for a test drive. Staff were friendly and greeted with smile. Was assigned to a product specialist, L. He brought the car out and let me test drive on my own. Pros: Easy process for test drive, friendly staff, good communication Con: The product specialist did not formally introduce himself which seemed unprofessional. Lack of engagement to sell me other available products dealership has or offer to test drive another vehicle. More
I recently brought my 2013 Mazda 3 to Liberty Mazda for an oil change. I had scheduled my appointment online for 10 am and was expecting to wait for about 30 minutes, but I believe my car was serviced late an oil change. I had scheduled my appointment online for 10 am and was expecting to wait for about 30 minutes, but I believe my car was serviced later than 10 am. I got a text message about an hour later stating some extra work was needed due to the age of the car (tune-up: new spark plugs, coolant flush, and emissions). The advisor said it would take about 30 minutes, but the actual work took closer to an hour since the technician end up cleaning some areas that were previously infested with rodents. I didn't mind waiting to have this done to prevent future damage. Even though the appointment took longer than anticipated, I did like the transparency of the service via text and video that Liberty conducts with all repairs. I will be back again in six months.
