My tech, Jonathan was wonderful as usual. He got me in right away to fix an issue that I had been putting off when I couldn’t wait any longer. When I arrived, he was friendly and welcoming as He got me in right away to fix an issue that I had been putting off when I couldn’t wait any longer. When I arrived, he was friendly and welcoming as usual but also gave me a loaner car so I could leave even though the wait was only going to be a couple of hours. I am getting a new car and will miss Jonathan and the wonderful service he provided. I did not always enjoy coming to Liberty Mazda due to a former employee making me extremely uncomfortable, but Jonathan has been nothing short of amazing and I’m so glad I continued to bring my car there. More
