Awful experience. A 2 hour recall took 24 hours and the brakes didn't work after. Left car at 10am for recall and oil change, at 2pm I call them for an update and they A 2 hour recall took 24 hours and the brakes didn't work after. Left car at 10am for recall and oil change, at 2pm I call them for an update and they were "waiting for the tech", with no communication to me they were running 4 hours late, at 4pm he was "almost done", at 530 I finally get my car back. I go to leave and realize the cars not really stopping when braking, I guess the techs don't test if the car stops after working on the brakes? Had to leave car overnight to finally get it fixed. They did comp the oil change and gave me 1 free oil change in the future, but I can't imagine ever using them for anything else. More
