The icing on the cake was the incredibly rude finance guy, Rich Crossley, who insulted me and bullied me after refusing extended warranty options. If I hadn’t already spent 3 1/2 hours thereI would have walked out at that point. Oh they gave us “free” floor mats. Not enough and way too late. Would we have been treated better if we were 2 men? And we had an appointment!!! More

Don't know any car dealer that I've especially the ones I've dealt with in my history that CANNOT hold a car AFTER the fact you have given them a deposit. Please do your yourself a big favor and run away especially if your looking for a Mazda. Don't let them try to pressure you into buying a car no earlier than agreed! They try to pull this on me and was not very displeased. Did not feel like I was treated well at Liberty Mazda.I feel very bad for the salesmen that work with this group especially having Rick their sales manager as one of their leaders! She provided great service to where I felt comfortable asking questions and overall made me have a genuinely exciting experience, whereas other places I felt as if I had to ask for lots of clarification to the point where they were "sneaky." Did not feel like a priority I was debating between re-leasing a Mazda CX-5 versus switching over to a Toyota Rav4. I worked with Mazda sales and finance to try to get a price quo I was debating between re-leasing a Mazda CX-5 versus switching over to a Toyota Rav4. I worked with Mazda sales and finance to try to get a price quote to help me compare the two cars to help make a decision. I worked with Liberty Mazda for the past six years but this experience was disappointing. Sales manager talked about their "best price policy" but then tried to trick me in to thinking he was "doing me a favor" by deducting the cost of an optional service from the lease quote. There was a huge discrepancy between what Mazda's finance office approved me for and what Toyota's finance office approved me for so either Toyota has more resources or Mazda made a mistake and/or did not take enough time to really look at my eligibility (they did keep reminding me of how busy they were). BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I was ready to purchase a Chevy Silverado at another dealer. I spotted a Silverado on line the day before I had the appointment with the other dealer I was ready to purchase a Chevy Silverado at another dealer. I spotted a Silverado on line the day before I had the appointment with the other dealer who had two vehicles I was very interesred in and had planned on purchasing one of them. I set up an appointment at Liberty the morning of day I was to visit the other dealer. I was greeted in a wonderfully cordial salesperson, Katie, who had been on the job for 3 months. Her newness was never a distraction. She was diligent in answering all my questions and concerns. Also,The best price up front made my initial visit an extremely positive experience. I left knowing that this was the truck I wanted (if my wife got on board). We kept our appointment with the other dealer and next day revisited Liberty so my wife could see and drive the truck. We took to our mechanic for an inspection who gave it a thumbs up and we puchased the next day. Our thanks to the sales staff, service staff,and finance department for making our visit the best car buying ever!! More
