As a first time new car buyer, I was nervous, but Jason Nye was the nicest guy and didn’t pressure me to buy right then and there like the absolute vultures at other dealerships. He called me a few days later - not right away - and answered my questions via text about what insurance I needed to be able to drive right off the lot with my car. Jason was really cool, so nice, and incredibly helpful. The dealership was professional but laid back, which was such a better environment compared to other dealerships. No one chased you out the door begging you to buy a car. Also my new Mazda is awesome and looks and feels like a luxury vehicle. Way less expensive than some of the other popular SUVs, with better features!! You get way more for way less. More

Liberty Mazda is a great dealership.. Had appointment to test drive a Mazda6 last Sunday. On arrival was impressed with clean showroom. Great Buying Experience from Beginning to End I purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 back in March of this year. The whole experience was great, especially thanks to Zeon, the rep I worked with throughout. I purchased a CPO Mazda CX-5 back in March of this year. The whole experience was great, especially thanks to Zeon, the rep I worked with throughout. I tried to prepare myself as best as possible for the visit in case I needed to deal with pushy sales tactics, but found that it was not that bad at all. When it was time to sign finance papers with the finance manager (think his name was Bill), there was a little bit of pushiness, but I handled it well, and really, it wasn't that bad compared to what I've heard and experienced with other dealers. Zeon was very knowledgeable about Mazdas and thorough with explaining things, answering my million questions, and following up with things. After I left with my car, I later noticed that the second fob wasn't working (the car's computer actually showed a warning that low battery was detected). I brought it back and they replaced the battery quickly, no questions asked. Not a huge deal, but I still appreciated it. I would also like to mention that when I was trying to secure financing for the car, I tried to go through my credit union, and they quoted me a rather ridiculous interest rate. I decided to try and see what Liberty could offer, and the finance manager got me a waaaay better interest rate. So just in case anyone is reading, bear in mind that sometimes the dealer can get you a better rate. I love my car and have zero regrets with my decision in buying from Liberty Mazda. Hopefully the car lasts for many years, and when this one kicks the bucket, I will keep them in mind for a future purchase. More
