Liberty Mazda's Service Department is absolutely the best. Over the years, I've had three Mazda's serviced there, and every experience I've had with any of the service personnel has been excellent. They were always great, and they just keep topping themselves! They keep you informed -- by text, phone, video (this is totally cool!), or in person -- every step of the way. They explain things in detail, answer questions thoroughly, give you options if there's more than one possible solution to a problem. Everyone is unfailingly friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough. More
