I just moved to CT from Florida and after a long drive, definitely needed to take advantage of my remaining oil change. I called ahead to ensure they could locate my plan, Zach was able to pull it up and a definitely needed to take advantage of my remaining oil change. I called ahead to ensure they could locate my plan, Zach was able to pull it up and add it to my service appointment. When I arrived, the porter was so polite. Zach greeted me inside and took care of me as my service advisor was with another customer. He told me 90 minutes or so, but then it was done in 45! My video inspection was even more thorough than the one I had in FL, and my tech clearly explained everything in that process. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service I received throughout the entirety of the process. When my lease expires, I will be purchasing from Liberty, without a doubt! More
