Every so often, a review comes along that’s difficult to read, but important to acknowledge. Our goal has always been to provide not only a quality product, but an equally high-quality experience. In this case, we fell short. We sell nearly 1,000 vehicles each year and service over 7,000, and our focus is always on delivering a top-notch customer experience. Unfortunately, this was one of those rare situations where, if something could go wrong, it did. There are no excuses and no attempts to explain it away just a genuine apology and a commitment to do better.
