After stopping at a dealership in the Philadelphia region and being completely unsatisfied I took a trip over the bridge with my family. It was the best unplanned trip to Jersey I have ever had. Besides getting one of those "feel good signs" from just his name, Tito, was great. He said he was going to stand on his head and he definitely did. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the Camrys that we looked at. Tito was one step ahead in his customer service and it made myself and my family feel very comfortable when shaking his hand to make the sale. His knowledge of each of the 5 cars I looked at was phenomenal and his friendly approach and give and take attitude fit well with us. I would send everyone looking for a new car across the bridge to work with Tito. Great selection, great service and comfortable atmosphere. I came to your dealership to purchase a Toyota Sienna. Prior to coming spoke with Johanna on the phone in regards to a promotion received in the mail. I usually don't have alot of faith in sales people but with Angel, I knew I was being taken care of and would walk out of there completely satisfied. His expertise and advise was invaluable. The financing manager (Lydiann) was wonderful as well. She took time to review everything I was signing and made me feel comfortable. She was friendly and didn't make it feel like it was strictly a business transaction. It was probably the BEST experience I've had with purchasing/leasing a vehicle.
