This is the first time ever attending Liberty Toyota in Burlington new jersey and it was a great experience for me. Mr Jeff Noll was the most professional salesman I can think of. His ability to work along with the customers income and working within the parameters of the sales dept. We found him most personable. To give an example: Mr Noll noticed how long we were waiting for a lot person to place the tags on the vehicle. Mr noll stepped up and did it himself. The Scion Manager and the Finance person really have no clue as to whether a Credit application is a contract or a application! Was ready willing and able to purchase a new vehicle. After being in the dealership for over 1.5 hours, I was told that they could not sell me the vehicle because I crossed out and initialed the reverse of the Credit Application that they told me and my daughter several times could not be altered. After speaking with TOYOTA, they were shocked that I was not able to buy a vehicle from Liberty because of the Sales Manager (not Sales Man) and the Finance not understanding the difference between a sales "Contract" and a Sales "Application" If you unfortunately decide to purchase a vehicle there, you do not have to sign the rear of the application about Wisconsin residents and disclosures not relevant to your state! Second, you do not have to agree that Toyota and their affiliates or third party vendors can call you via a automated machine and or e-mail you with offers! If they insist, immediately call TOYOTA as they can not do that! More
