When I came into the dealership to look at a specific car that I had researched, I was excited to check it out. I met Misha and he took me on a test drive, but I was disappointed in his lack of knowledge on that I had researched, I was excited to check it out. I met Misha and he took me on a test drive, but I was disappointed in his lack of knowledge on the car. How can you sell, what you do not know? Then after the test drive he pushed uncomfortably hard to purchase the car that day. He laid out the prices for me and I told him that I needed a night to get my finances in order. He didn't like this, and made uncomfortable comments and decided that bringing in Jean Claude would make me buy the car faster. This is a horrible technique and raised my suspicions that these two were trying to trick me. After I told both of them repeatedly that the deal would not be happening that night, I went home and checked the numbers that Misha and Jean Claude gave me. When it came down to it, I figured out that these two were screwing me out of $1,500. I was so upset that we almost didn't buy the car at all. I mean how can I trust anyone from that dealrship when even the manger promotes behavior like this. I ended up confronting Misha about this and we ended up with the price that was correct. AFter 8 hours of back and forth arguing,. he finally caved. It was very exhausting but I love the car I purchased. More

I came in for urgent repair (boiling over)in the middle of a busy Saturday morning. They got the car in for evaluation right away and quickly had a diagnosis and a plan.
