Upon our arrival at the dealership, Misha was our sales representative. He showed us the car, answered all our questions, made us feel very comfortable and welcome, and guided us through our purchase with an aura of lightness and sheer pleasure. He made the buying experience very easy. What we liked best is that Liberty Toyota did NOT utilize any pressure tactics, they simply treated us with respect and honesty. The very next day, my car was ready, and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Burlington Toyota. Toyota makes quality cars, but I strongly believe in extended warranties and bringing my car to qualified Toyota technicians. This is my 3rd Corolla. Owning a Toyota gives me peace of mind, and having it serviced by the dealer gives me even greater peace of mind. I go all the way to Burlington Toyota from Sewell because I rank this dealership #1. After visiting 4 different dealerships, Liberty was the last one on my list. After the previous 3 dealerships, I wasn't excited. That changed after meeting Tito Baltodano. The whole shopping experience was a pleasant one overall. He was knowledgable, friendly, and open. I knew what I wanted and never once did he try to steer me to something out of my range. Tito catered to our needs and was very patient explaining anything that wasn't understood. Car buying isn't one of my favorite things to do, but, Liberty Toyota and Tito made the whole experience nice. Would definately recommend the dealership and especially Tito. In the end, I wound up buying a Highlander. More
