He was very detailed and knowledgeable about every aspect on the car and also really took the time to show me how to use every feature about the car witch was great. When it got down the the price Jeff and his managers were straight to the point did not haggle me and make me feel any type of pressure what so ever ! My wife and I purhcased new SUVs from James "Fitz" Fitzgerald this past weekend. This was my second purchase from Fitz in the past three and a half years. He's an extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales professional who actually makes the buying experience...pleasureable (if you can imagine that). My wife and I are both sales people (software and cloud computing for me and pharmaceuticals for my wife). We are NOT the easiest to please or sell to. Believe me when I tell you, Fitz is an excellent salesperson. I also had my second opportunity to work with Lydiann Moulton. Lydiann is smart, efficient, with an affable personality (rare traits in Finance Managers based on my own experiences). Lastly, I'd like to mention that Liberty Toyota's service department is second to none. There are three Toyota dealerships closer to my house but they aren't as friendly, knowledgeable or as caring as the men and women who service vehicles at Liberty Toyota. Kudos to the management team for a) hiring great employees and b) instilling the importance of customer satisfaction in everyone, from the receptionist to management. I love this dealership.
