I was referred to Angel Arroyo at Liberty by a dear friend and old coworker Frank Ingram many times over the past few years. Everything started looking up recently and my search was on. I had two trucks in mind and one was the 06 Toyota Tacoma. I have owned a Toyota in the past an 80's model pickup. I love the looks, styling and edmunds reviews helped steer me to getting into another one.Buying a newer car was a bit stressful for me since I have been without a payment so long. I was nervous when I pulled up to the new dealership location. I sat in my car for a while working up the nerve to look at the toyota I had been watching on your website. I was nervous. I finally called Angel and asked if he had the truck, he did and he got all the information quickly and we went out for a test ride. Angel's easy going manner was calming. His knowledge was reassuring and i felt like I had known him forever. I got a warm fuzzy feeling with the whole experience. It's a big purchase, I was nervous and everyone I worked with made me feel so special. A friend of mine is looking into getting a new FJ Cruiser soon. Last week we returned twice to Liberty Toyota and were looking to purchase a brand new Toyota Rav4. At first we was hesitant because the first night when we approached two salespeople asking to "look" at looking to purchase a brand new Toyota Rav4. At first we was hesitant because the first night when we approached two salespeople asking to "look" at a Rav4, they were rude since we were only there "looking" and not "doing the numbers". We almost didn't return because I was so ticked off at the bad customer service. (They weren't even that busy.) My husband and I thought it would be rude to lie and say we would do the numbers when we knew we wouldn't be, and so left really disappointed. The only reason why we went back was because their service department is superb! Kylie really knows how to make our family feel welcome and appreciated customers, so we owed it to her to return and try again. We returned a couple days later with our kids and my sister to do the numbers. Thank goodness my husband walked up to James Koluboi. Best move we made that night!! James K is such a pleasant person. He respected our space and gave us time to check out the car and genuinely let us do our thing. We test drove it and I knew we had to buy it. He really put in the best effort to get us the best deal and take care of our needs. He even went out of his way on his day off to prep our car for LoJack installation and everything. We saw Kylie that night and like a friend, she came over and greeted us warmly. This Toyota group is lucky to have such a wonderful sales & service employee. As a military family, we feel truly appreciated and welcome at this dealership and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Please go see James K for your car purchases!
