Good saleman, friendly, I felt comfortable when deal and made final price just in 10 minutes. Salename (James) contacted to my car insurance & got new policy just a mutes and drove new car home. My family needed to purchase one vehicle and lease another. This was our first time at Liberty Toyota and we were pleasantly surprised at the experience we had. The salesman we worked with, Michael Ro another. This was our first time at Liberty Toyota and we were pleasantly surprised at the experience we had. The salesman we worked with, Michael Rousakovski, was very knowledgeable about all models we looked at, and helped us to find the best fit. We were able to keep relatively close to our budget with both vehicles thanks Michael, Dave and Pete. We purchased a Scion xB and leased an xD, both of which we couldn't be happier with. All of the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and I expect I will be returning soon for my own trade in. Even the buildings and facilities were immaculate, and I was really impressed with the service garage. All in all, our whole family is very satisfied with the acquisitions and service and I think its safe to say we've found our new dealer. More

Service at this dealership is GREAT!! Joe Fazio is my Service Advisor and does an outstanding job. He was out for two days while my vehicle was in and transferred my RO over to Tami Hesson (also an outst Service Advisor and does an outstanding job. He was out for two days while my vehicle was in and transferred my RO over to Tami Hesson (also an outstanding Svc Adv.) The transfer of my RO was seamless. They both updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle while in for service. The cruise control has not worked since I purchased the vehilce. The Service Manager, Keith Robinson, was also involved in trying to secure a repair for my cruise control with TAS. This dealerships service department truely works as a team. This is not my first Toyota. My previous vehicle I had purchased and serviced with Liberty Toyota. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, Liberty Toyotas Sevice Department was a factor in the equation/decision. LIBERTY TOYOTA SERVICE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. On another note with regards to the laser cruise control technology on my Sequoia Platinum, it is a disappointment and I will be contacting Toyota regarding this. More

Joe is great!!!!! He always treats me like I am his number 1 priority. He makes it a point to get you in and out in no time. The waiting room is clean and they had donuts and coffee available for all number 1 priority. He makes it a point to get you in and out in no time. I purchased a used 2008 Mazda CX-9 grand touring from Liberty Toyota and I must say it was the best experienced that I've ever had buying a vehicle ! My saleman Mr.Lan Cain was very professional and cour Liberty Toyota and I must say it was the best experienced that I've ever had buying a vehicle !
