I purchased a used vehicle from Liberty Toyota in July 2010. At the time of purchase, I provided payment for registraton and title fees. I visited Liberty Toyota because of the Recall Service Notice. While I was waiting for the service, I said hi to Angel Arroyo from whom I purchase my previous mini ban, Sienna. He recommended Rav4. Even though I had no intention to buy a new car at all, his offer sounded really attractive. He suggested a few options. After a few hours of talk, I decided to purchase a new car. Then I went to look at the 2010 Corolla inventory. Chuck covered every detail about the vehicle features, from the front bumper to the rear taillights. Took one out for a test-drive with Chuck and liked the car. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't able to join me that day and I was going to wait. Chuck suggested that rather than wait until Saturday, when the dealership was going to be packed with car buyers, I should take the car for a while and show my wife. In short, don't do it on a Saturday b/c the crowds significantly limit the personal attention. Reasonable idea (though one I've never been offered from any other dealer) but we live in Philly. No problem, said Chuck, take it for a couple of hours...as long as you need. So I did. My wife liked it, we bought it (0% financing for a 60 month loan can't be beat). Got a fair price on the car and options, exactly the amount I wanted to pay (not my limit). Then Dane in Finance wrapped up the experience. Nothing dragged along unnecessarily, no last minute fees, etc. Just a quick, seamless transition from prospective buyer to new owner. At the end of the day, Chuck even helped me transfer stuff from my old car to the new one. I've even stopped back in since buying to have a cup of coffee with Chuck and stay in touch. Will definitely purchase from this dealership in the future. All of the staff (sales, service, etc) were very friendly and professional throughout my visit, and I highly recommend Chuck Reiss. To borrow from a well-known brokerage house--if you're looking to buy a Toyota in the PA/NJ region then go to Liberty Toyota and "Talk to Chuck". More

(2) Friendliness of personnel: My 85-year-old mother accompanied me, and I was concerned she would become tired; however, because of the attention and friendliness of employees, in particular a gentleman named James, she received assistance getting to the waiting area, seated, coffee, and a donut, which made the wait was a pleasant experience for her. (3) Great Quality of Work: One thing that is consistent when I go for Service at Liberty Toyota is that my vehicle runs better when I leave. Additionally, I appreciated the courtesy car wash, and that a loose mud flat was repaired without charge. More
