Scott the mechanic contacts Joe; Joe comes and talks to me about what Scott found with my auto and we both walk back into the service center and Scott(mechanic) explains that a front link assembly is shot. Joe then tells me about my options as he always does(always thinking about his clients). Within 2 hours I was safely on my way. Joe doesn't merely fill out forms;he listens to the customer,explains your options,and when nescessary takes u back into the service center and lets the mechanic explain what's go'n on; so u can see for yourself.Viva Mr.Fazio! This dealer is so well run and it's integrity is unquestionable;I wouldn't think of go'n anywhere else.They have a system where u r in and out within 2 hours or less;if the situation is more complicated they will give u a ride home and if needed pick u up again. Service is what Joe,Scott,and the whole team of Liberty is all about. Thanks Joe! I greatly appreciate the way Joe Fazio was able to fix the problem I was experiencing with my tires. The set up they have really speeds up dropping your car off for service. The person who puts the protective coverings on your set and floor is really nice and welcoming. The service advisor comes out right away to check your car in. Very fast. Which is great because I'm usually on my way to work. I went in for a check engine light so I didn't know what the problem would be. Joe called me later and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Sorry couldn't give a great on the price,(I'm not that rich) because I think the labor rate is too high for plugging in a new sensor. The car was ready and washed when I came to pick it up later. Better service than you get most places these days. More

I bought my 2010 Toyota Corolla this past December from Liberty Toyota and right from the start I have always gotten exceptional service from the employees at Toyota. They were always looking for ways to Liberty Toyota and right from the start I have always gotten exceptional service from the employees at Toyota. They were always looking for ways to accomodate me and cut me deals where ever they could and made me feel like their number one customrer. Feeling important is crucial when it comes to buying an expensive possession such as a car and they did just that. This June I took my car for the 5,000 mile service check-up and got the same exceptional service as I did right from the start in Decemeber. I look forward to going to Toyota the next time I need a service done to my car because I know that they will assist me speedily and kindly. Both Tito and Joe are excellent assets to the Toyota dealership and I look forward to working with both of them for anything I may need from Toyota in the future. More
