I needed additional work on my car so I had to return. I couldn't find my receipt/paperwork, so they typed in my car's info, etc. and everything I needed to have done was right there. This Toyota dealership is not Toyota owned. This is a family owned and operated one. They don't honor any warranties. I came to this one on numerous occasions be because they were closer to me. Brake job and routine 40k mile maintenance was literally $1300. I don't recommend this one if you trust Toyota as they're super overpriced and don't care about their loyal customers. The mechanic was completely rude and tried quoting me a ridiculous price on a USB port replacement which was nearly $400 over the base price just because he didn't want to replace it. Absurd. Go to Team Toyota in Langhorne PA, it's over the bridge and they actually care about their customers. Won't be bringing my car back here I guarantee you that! More
