Well I came in to get my 2nd 3 modifications done to my Toyota Camry. My first modifications were for my Camry 2010 3.5L V6 XLE back in July 2013 which I had a Custom Painted Spoiler, Engine Remote Start a Toyota Camry. My first modifications were for my Camry 2010 3.5L V6 XLE back in July 2013 which I had a Custom Painted Spoiler, Engine Remote Start and Body Side Moldings installed. Keith Robinson took very good care of me and gave me a fair and wonderful discount for the combo services to be done. I ended up recently trading in the 2010 Camry XLE 3.5L V6 due to the MPG being too hard for me to adjust to. My first car was of course a Camry 95 LE 4 cylinder which lasted me 18 years until it was totaled a 2nd time and wasn't salvageable. Good ole Champion Toyota Camry AKA the Champ! Yes I name my cars after the dealerships seems to be a coincidence of mine. Well I've learned that NE Philadelphia is the worse place for stop and go traffic next to NYC from this lesson. Anyways I got a 2012 Camry XLE Hybrid now and wanted my spoiler and engine remote start again. But minus the body side moldings because the first night I got them installed someone in my Apartment gashed my driver side and dented my door. My side moldings were put in the upper middle so whoever did this slammed my car hard and mercilessly. So I got illuminated door sills this time and I'm so happy with my choice on this. They look absolutely Awesome!! Keith got the service done in records time within barely 3 hours. I was shocked I put down 9am-4pm and they serviced in less than half the time. Also Keith went above and beyond and helped me with my entune trouble ticket of not having iHeart Radio in this new Certified Pre-Own 2012 Camry Hybrid XLE. I was expected to wait a couple of weeks for my UBS to be shipped to me to update the system to allow me to have this option since the car was made on 3/2012 and sold in April to the first owner it never had an software upgrade done and lacked iHeart Radio. I bought my 2012 Camry XLE at another Toyota Dealership in PA because it was the right miles and color and price I wanted. But as in service quality I would not trust no where else because Liberty Toyota does have the best service staff I've seen in past 15 years living in Philadelphia. This place cares about your car and your business!! I've put poor Keith under so much stress over the MPG just end up apologizing that Philadelphia stop and go traffic was the problem. Keith you have nerves of steel to put up with my paranoia due to my lack of experience with a V6 engine. Big engines are perfect for HWY commuters not local ones. The Hybrid is the perfect car for my profile. Low maintenance less belts and brake replacement and gives amazing 40+ mpg. But thank you for not holding my pesty complaints against me. I'm worth the patience because I keep to my business for over 10-15 years from what my credit report says. I believe in you get what you pay for and that's why I stick with dealership repairs and servicing. That's also 20+ years in retail experience telling you this as well. If you get someone to drill your trunk to install a spoiler come to Liberty Toyota because you won't have to worry about it leaking or being crooked and you will get and extraordinary customer experience here. Plus I love how they wash and clean your car up because they care about how your car's maintained as well. That extra touch shows they know what customers want and need. More

He got one of the workers to match it with my droid. It is apparent he will do anything to make sure that I am taken care of. I appreciate that.
