I am not one that usually purchases vehicles from any dealers because their prices are generally much higher than the private sector. The Prius I bought was reasonably priced. Salesperson Doug Phillips did an excellent job showing me the car. Lydiann Moulton did an excellent job explaining all the details during the financing process. After taking delivery of the car, I noticed the car was missing an item. Managers Chris Bennett and Carl-Henri Tassy wasted no time in rectifying the situation in a timely manner. My first time financing a car I've been around car dealerships a good portion of my life, and what I discovered at Liberty Toyota, was they are not like any other car dealership I' I've been around car dealerships a good portion of my life, and what I discovered at Liberty Toyota, was they are not like any other car dealership I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, there was not one person I passed that did not either smile, simply say hello, or offer their help. I was already being assisted by Mr. Ragone , but still was being greeted as if I just walked in the door, I felt very welcome. I was very nervous about buying a car and possibly being talked into something that I would've later would've regreted, that wasn't case at all, I am so so sooooo glad I went to Liberty Toyota first. They made this process so simple, it wasn't stressful, they made everything workable for me. I can't thank Mike Ragone, Chris Bennett, and Lydiann Moulton, enough for all of their help. 2007 toyota 4runner I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My wife and I saw a 2007 4runner for sale at Liberty online and went to Burlington to look at it I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My wife and I saw a 2007 4runner for sale at Liberty online and went to Burlington to look at it on a Sunday afternoon when the dealership was closed. We loved the truck and I came back the next day. We were looking at a similar 4runner at another dealership that was thousands less but with more mileage. My salesman Tito Baltodano was friendly, knowledgable, and never pressured me to buy. Liberty was willing to negotiate on price and we came to an agreement that I felt was fair to both sides. We were offered an attractive deal on an extended warranty with Toyota and took advantage of it. I love the truck! It was obviously taken care of and Liberty did a terrific job of detailing it After I got the truck home I realized that there was no owners manual in the glove box. I called the dealership the next day and they ordered one for me at no charge! Great service. A week later the weather warmed up and when I went to open the lift gate I got a hand full of sticky goo. It turns out that the touch sensitive switch is one of the few Toyota design flaws with this model 4runner. I spoke to Keith Robinson in service and again Liberty stepped up to the plate and offered to replace the switch at no cost. We are taking the truck in for the repair this week. This is our 3rd 4runner in 24 years, our daughter is still driving our 1997 4runner and says she never wants to give it up. I've always had a great experience with our 4runners, I hope that continues. Our experience with Liberty Toyota has been excellent so far. I would recommend our salesman Tito to anyone! More

Great First Time Experiance at Liberty Toyota! Dave was friendly and helpful but not pushy as soon as my husband and I got out of our truck. He greeted us, asked what we were looking for and showe Dave was friendly and helpful but not pushy as soon as my husband and I got out of our truck.
