This was my first new car purchase. And it couldn't have goes better! From the moment we walked in Stan made sure we got what we came for. He showed us the cars we wanted, also test drive couple of car have goes better! From the moment we walked in Stan made sure we got what we came for. He showed us the cars we wanted, also test drive couple of cars but he was very patient answering all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgable and resolved all my concerns quickly. But what I loved is that he never tried to upsell and respected what I want and helped me arrive to that at my pace. The price was awesome and they worked with me to quickly adjust to my budget. And the financing was a piece of cake thanks to both Stan and Pete, even though they had very less help that day coz of severe weather. Overall, I love my new car and I know where to go next time in am buying. More

Starting from the time I walked in the door and spoke to Mr Arroyo about another dealer ( not a Toyota dealer ) was very helpful to me to be my last. Starting from the time I walked in the door and spoke to Mr Arroyo about another dealer ( not a Toyota dealer ) was very helpful to me to where I drove off with a Toyota highlander. The time spent with me ,he explained what car had in and how it meet my needs ( handicapped ) mr Arroyo explained the finance end of the deal and after I was sitting with the finance lady. I had first went to visit the Honda dealership and the rep that I was recommended to was too busy to see me, so that turned me away. I then went to visit the Dodge dealership, and that sales rep was very stand offish. Once I walked in to Toyota, Marvin came right to us and his charming personality just worked. I am IN LOVE with my car, and I have Marvin to thank for that, so if you happen to go in to Liberty Toyota ask for Marvin! More

At one point General Sales Manager Chris Bennett got involved and I was blown away. First, the matter got solved immediately. Not only that, but Mr. Bennett called me after hours to apologize and make it right. However, Chris Bennett not only made it right, he went waaaaaaaaay over the top to show his appreciation and win back my faith in Liberty Toyota. While I admit, I was a bit frustrated at one point, Liberty Toyota blew me away with its commitment to a quality buying experience. Thanks to Chris Bennett, Liberty Toyota is now my go-to place to buy cars! ===================================== I am a very cautious car consumer and will bolt the second I feel like I'm being "played", pressured, or treated dishonestly by a dealer. No worries here--this was my best buying experience ever! I was very careful this time around and researched everything over the internet. Liberty had the car I wanted--a slightly used Prius V--but I was hoping they could do better on the price. And they did! Special kudos to Joanna Brambley the internet manager and Doug Phillips, a wonderful salesman. I reached out to about 8 dealerships via email, but not one single person came anywhere close to conveying the warmth and generosity of Liberty. By the time I arrived to do a test drive I had a back up list of 4 other cars/dealers in case anything felt weird or manipulative with Liberty; however there was no reason to even think about going anywhere else. They were friendly and personable from the get-go without a hint of the normal manipulation or game-playing I've come to expect from most dealers. As I said, when I presented them alternate offers, they came down on the price and were even willing to give me a more-than-fair trade-in price on my old car--which was in far less than pristine shape. And they did all of this with a kind and enthusiastic attitude! Even the final signing-meeting with Liberty's money person was a great experience. Bottom line: Liberty provided me with an excellent vehicle at a great price with no pressure or hassle. They were a pleasure to deal with. As someone who has absolutely zero tolerance for notorious car dealer tactics, I can say that Liberty Toyota was a complete pleasure to work with. Even though they are 90 miles from my home, I can't see ever going anywhere else. More
