At one point General Sales Manager Chris Bennett got involved and I was blown away. First, the matter got solved immediately. Not only that, but Mr. Bennett called me after hours to apologize and make it right. However, Chris Bennett not only made it right, he went waaaaaaaaay over the top to show his appreciation and win back my faith in Liberty Toyota. While I admit, I was a bit frustrated at one point, Liberty Toyota blew me away with its commitment to a quality buying experience. Thanks to Chris Bennett, Liberty Toyota is now my go-to place to buy cars! ===================================== I am a very cautious car consumer and will bolt the second I feel like I'm being "played", pressured, or treated dishonestly by a dealer. No worries here--this was my best buying experience ever! I was very careful this time around and researched everything over the internet. Liberty had the car I wanted--a slightly used Prius V--but I was hoping they could do better on the price. And they did! Special kudos to Joanna Brambley the internet manager and Doug Phillips, a wonderful salesman. I reached out to about 8 dealerships via email, but not one single person came anywhere close to conveying the warmth and generosity of Liberty. By the time I arrived to do a test drive I had a back up list of 4 other cars/dealers in case anything felt weird or manipulative with Liberty; however there was no reason to even think about going anywhere else. They were friendly and personable from the get-go without a hint of the normal manipulation or game-playing I've come to expect from most dealers. As I said, when I presented them alternate offers, they came down on the price and were even willing to give me a more-than-fair trade-in price on my old car--which was in far less than pristine shape. And they did all of this with a kind and enthusiastic attitude! Even the final signing-meeting with Liberty's money person was a great experience. Bottom line: Liberty provided me with an excellent vehicle at a great price with no pressure or hassle. They were a pleasure to deal with. As someone who has absolutely zero tolerance for notorious car dealer tactics, I can say that Liberty Toyota was a complete pleasure to work with. Even though they are 90 miles from my home, I can't see ever going anywhere else. More

I live in Dallas Texas and had been looking on line to buy my mother a car who lives in NJ.I saw a pre owned Lexus on line and I contacted Liberty.They immediately got back to me and I told them I would b buy my mother a car who lives in NJ.I saw a pre owned Lexus on line and I contacted Liberty.They immediately got back to me and I told them I would be flying in to buy a car(assuming everything was right)...that is where Jeff Noll took over.When I got to the dealership he greeted me at the door,offered me some coffee and took me to his office to discuss the car.When I told him that the car was going to be a surprise for my mother and that i would be paying cash for the car he came up with the idea to first show my mother a much smaller car as the one that I had purchased and then have the Lexus brought around with a big bow on it to surprise her.WOW was this special...Jeff even had one of his co workers film my mother's reaction and sent the video clip to me while I was witnessing the entire event.After purchasing the car he has already contacted my mother numerous time to ensure that she is pleased with the car and needless to say I will buy another car from Liberty just because of how special they helped me make my mom's birthday!! He is very impressionable in that you feel comfortable being honest knowing that he will be honest with you. I was honestly shocked that he called me as soon as the 1st 2014 Highlander came in. Being that more than a month had passed, I was convinced that he'd forget. Jeff also called to ensure that he could make time to meet me after work being that my schedule was hectic at times. Jeff was very polite, especially when I brought my dad in to meet him. I always reference my dad when making a huge purchase because he is a knowledgeable businessman and he loved Jeff; he said he was well educated on all aspects of the car. After much negotiating, Jeff ensured that I got the vehicle that I wanted at the price that I was looking for. I am a returning customer at Toyota and with twin girls on the way and a new house, I didn't want to pay too much more than what I was currently spending. I can honestly say that he did everything in his power to get me what I wanted. Jeff has great qualities that make him an extraordinary salesperson; he is honest, loyal, knowledgeable, consistent (with information), a hard worker and funny (which is a bonus). As mentioned above, I am a returning Toyota customer for almost 10 years but I will say that Jeff has been the best sales associate that I have worked with thus far. More

First off this is my 3rd car from this dealership in the last 4 years. Each and every time I come I get the services I need, and I haven't ever had a problem. I initially said no but my husband came up behind me and said we were... so I end up buying the rav4. Marvin is such a great guy.
