The window stopped working on my 2004 Corolla. A local mechanic told me the window motor needed replacing at a cost of $550! I got a second opinion at Liberty Toyota by Joe Fazio. Joe said bring my car in Monday morning, (when I dropped off my car, I noticed he was swamped with other vehicles needing servicing) I waited in the clean and bright waiting room while they looked at my car. 25 minutes later Joe came out and told me the window motor was fine, but a "stop" had broken off prohibiting the window from rolling down and the cost was half of what the first mechanic wanted! I highly recommend to anyone needing service and/or repairs to visit Joe Fazio and Liberty Toyota! More

I made an appointment for a test drive on Saturday morning. Before going to bed I rechecked the listing on the Honda and it had been deleted from Edmunds.com where it was listed at $10,998. So I went to the dealer website and it was newly listed at $13,998. Yes, that's a 3k increase in just a few hours. When I called the next day before going in Anthony explained that this was the time of year when these cars sell better and that the dealer had to make a profit. I consider this a bait and switch tactic and would warn others to beware of the poor ethical standards practiced at Liberty Toyota. Phil Schnarr. More

I actually took my car in for service this morning--a 2008 Prius with 125,000 miles on it. While I was waiting I was looking at the new Prius' knowing it would not be much longer before I was going to b 2008 Prius with 125,000 miles on it. While I was waiting I was looking at the new Prius' knowing it would not be much longer before I was going to be looking to replace my current Prius. Milt saw me looking and asked if he could help, at first I said no I was just waiting for my car to be serviced but as we talked he suggested we see what he might be able to do. I really didn't think a purchase was going to be possible at this time as I still had a year and a half to go on my current loan. But as so many others have attested to Milt went to work and was able to offer a deal that made it hard to say no and even had a car in my favorite color. So drove in with a 2008 Prius with a whole lot of miles on it and drove out with a 2013 Prius with 47 miles on it. Milt was professional, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable, and walked me through each step of the process. This is the second car I have purchased from Liberty and have found my "dealer for life", the sales staff is great and the service department equally as professional. So I am one happy NEW Prius owner and am looking forward to the same great service my first Prius was given with this one. Thanks Liberty--from sales to finance, to service you really are customer oriented!! More

I have been looking at different dealerships for this particular Tundra, I wanted a blue one and no one had the blue color and the specific model of truck I wanted. I looked online and saw one at Liberty Toyota in Burlington. Joanna Brambley is one of the online sales people at Liberty Toyota. Her prompt response upon inquiring about the vehicle led me to go to the dealership in search of this vehicle. There I was greeted by one of their salesperson, Mr. Nate White I don't know how long Nate has been selling vehicles but I have been purchasing them for over 35 years in this particular area and I can assure you that I have been very demanding with sales people and would not hesitate to walk out on a sales person. Nate White was very courteous and no matter what I said he had a very positive outlook and was determined to please me as a customer. Needless to say my experience with Liberty Toyota was a great one. I'm a true believer that customer service at any dealership is a must. In this demanding economy a salesperson such as Nate White is truly an asset to Liberty Toyota. His attention to detail and his willingness to please the customer was a very good experience for me. I got the truck I wanted and was out of there and on my way home without any hassle what so ever. I went to Liberty Toyota and honestly I wasn't expecting much, But left there with nothing but a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a particular vehicle. My family is moving to Japan due to military orders, so I had to sell my car due to the Japanese embargo still in effect in Okinawa. I used Auto Trader, and it named Liberty Toyota as a potential buyer. I called, and Andrew Berkowitz fielded my call--and I immediately felt like I would be treated respectfully and fairly. Once at the dealer, James Koluboi assisted me. He was incredibly polite, helped my 3 young children find the playroom, and he quickly assisted me. I was in and out the door in under two hours with a fair value given to my used car. James made the process seem so easy, and his manager Jean-Claude was readily accessible when James needed his assistance. Jean-Claude and James thanked me for my military service. This was the THIRD dealer that I visited today, and the only one that I will recommend. One dealer (who frequently sends me flyers because they "want to buy my car") did not have time for me today; the other offered me a laughable amount for my great car. It is clear that management has hired some great people and has an eye toward value and fairness. That is a winning combo, and I will tell my military and civilian coworkers to consider Liberty Toyota and the team for their next new or used purchase. If I come back to NJ for another tour of duty, I will first consider Liberty Toyota because they treated me very well. More
