I have been looking at different dealerships for this particular Tundra, I wanted a blue one a I recently purchased a new Tundra from Liberty Toyota. I looked online and saw one at Liberty Toyota in Burlington. Joanna Brambley is one of the online sales people at Liberty Toyota. Her prompt response upon inquiring about the vehicle led me to go to the dealership in search of this vehicle. There I was greeted by one of their salesperson, Mr. Nate White I don't know how long Nate has been selling vehicles but I have been purchasing them for over 35 years in this particular area and I can assure you that I have been very demanding with sales people and would not hesitate to walk out on a sales person. Nate White was very courteous and no matter what I said he had a very positive outlook and was determined to please me as a customer. Needless to say my experience with Liberty Toyota was a great one. I'm a true believer that customer service at any dealership is a must. In this demanding economy a salesperson such as Nate White is truly an asset to Liberty Toyota. His attention to detail and his willingness to please the customer was a very good experience for me. I got the truck I wanted and was out of there and on my way home without any hassle what so ever. I went to Liberty Toyota and honestly I wasn't expecting much, But left there with nothing but a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a particular vehicle. My family is moving to Japan due to military orders, so I had to sell my car due to the Japanese embargo still in effect in Okinawa. I used Auto Trader, and it named Liberty Toyota as a potential buyer. I called, and Andrew Berkowitz fielded my call--and I immediately felt like I would be treated respectfully and fairly. Once at the dealer, James Koluboi assisted me. He was incredibly polite, helped my 3 young children find the playroom, and he quickly assisted me. I was in and out the door in under two hours with a fair value given to my used car. James made the process seem so easy, and his manager Jean-Claude was readily accessible when James needed his assistance. Jean-Claude and James thanked me for my military service. This was the THIRD dealer that I visited today, and the only one that I will recommend. One dealer (who frequently sends me flyers because they "want to buy my car") did not have time for me today; the other offered me a laughable amount for my great car. It is clear that management has hired some great people and has an eye toward value and fairness. That is a winning combo, and I will tell my military and civilian coworkers to consider Liberty Toyota and the team for their next new or used purchase. If I come back to NJ for another tour of duty, I will first consider Liberty Toyota because they treated me very well. More

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership - best of my life. To begin with Angel was a great rep - he didn't play pricing games with me, like the other dealerships I visited. The negotiation between my trade-in and new car were separate instead of them trying to mix the numbers together. Angel was straight-forward with pricing, showing me the breakdowns and what the invoices were for each vehicle. He tracked down the vehicle I wanted and instead of shipping the truck (which would have taken over a week), he sent a driver down there to pick it up and drive it back. The used manager there Anthony (i think?) was also really straight-forward, friendly, and hard-working. He gave me a quote for my trade-in that was far above what other dealerships had offered, without me having to negotiate. When I went to pick up the truck, they knew I was short on time and streamlined the process to have me out in record time. Overall, Angel and the Liberty Toyota team take the trophy for best car dealership experience ever. More

Surprised by the relaxed atmosphere, and genuinely friendly sales team. I brought my Certified Toyota RAV 4 on Sat Nov 16. Sunday I started to think I picked the wrong one for me out. Monday morn I went back and noticing I was so nervous they said " Don't worry and relax Steve we will make you happy. So I paid the difference (1000 bucks) to get the other Rav 4 ! Again everyone remained friendly. I had an issue with my spare tire , it kept loosing air and lighting up my air pressure light on dash. I returned to tell them about this on Sat Nov 23 and they Gave me a brand new tire, to match the other 4 they installed when they did there Certification inspection. The entire Service dept was great . I noticed how all the service customers were being treated ..top notch. Customer Satisfaction is key @ Liberty Toyota. I live in PA but will return for my service appointments after seeing how well this place is run. Its well Worth my time writing this review and tipping my hat to them. More

I can't say enough good things about Joe Fazio. I have been a customer of Liberty Toyota for over 20 years and I have worked with Joe on many occasions. The work is done right and on time.
