I must say that I truly enjoyed my experience with Liberty Toyota and especially the customer service of dealer Carl Tassy. Our actual sales person upon visiting Toyota was Carl-henri Tassy. Carl is a fantastic person with a terrific personality who truly loves his job and making his customers happy. Being in customer service myself, I understood his goals in outstanding customer service. Both Chris Bennett and Carl Tassy went over and above and we now have a beautiful black Toyota Camry SE sitting in our drive. I'm sure we will be back to Burlington Toyota in three years !!! More

Having previously purchased a 2011 Rav 4 (new), I knew the kind of respect , professionalism and how courteous Tito B. treats you with. Siting down with Tito several times , going over figures, options etc , I was never pressured, forced or talked into anything. From start to finish (both times) it was an awesome experience. If the 1st visit was not good I would not have been back. I know that in the future , when im in the market for another car, I will definitely be back at Liberty Toyota looking for Tito. He worked hard , got me a great deal and was sooooo very helpful ! More
Milton and his sales manager bent over backwards to not only buy out my old vehicle, but made the impossible happen with 0 down and the payments that worked for me on a brand new Toyota Tacoma. There was n only buy out my old vehicle, but made the impossible happen with 0 down and the payments that worked for me on a brand new Toyota Tacoma. There was no pressure, just him doing what he had to do to make it work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman if you are looking at Toyota. James Koluboi is by far a one-of-a-kind sales consultant!!! My purchasing experience with James was both memorable and awesome!!! First, it was never my intention to buy a car that day, in fact consultant!!! My purchasing experience with James was both memorable and awesome!!! First, it was never my intention to buy a car that day, in fact, I brought in an older model Toyota Yaris to be serviced and while waiting on the service results went about perusing the showroom floor and walked up on a 2013 RAV-4 XLE ...... I was done!!! James, however, noticed how much I was in awe of this particular vehicle and approached me to check out my level of interest. Well, when he mentioned that July and August were "name your own price" months re payments, I laughed and thought ok I'll play along, so I threw a price out at him and even stretched it a bit by adding that I ONLY wanted the "floor" model I had been eyeing when he approached me. James said "let's talk". I now thought ... "wow, ok". When I sat down with James I realized that as a single female, I would be negotiating with James on my own, but what impressed me was the fact that James acknowledged this and asked if I would feel more comfortable bringing a male back to the dealership with me to talk about the vehicle. Well, I was really impressed at this point as it appeared he had my best interest in mind. However, I moved forward on my own because I'd had previously owned a 2002 Toyota RAV-4 and was very familiar with their reliability (mind you, the 2002 had NOTHING on this 2013 that I was after at this moment!) Needless to say, James delivered!!! He worked out a deal with me beyond my expectations. Through the entire process, James was extremely patient, personable and courteous. I was impressed and most appreciative of his level of professionalism, his in-depth knowledge of the vehicle and working with me so that the numbers worked out to a figure that fit my budget (by the way, there was only a $100 difference from my initial price quote AND I drove off the lot in the "floor" model I had been eyeing ... very impressed!!!). Sooooo, what happened to the Toyota Yaris in the Service area? I told them to keep it ..... I was buying a new car!!!! Seriously, James, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you that day. You are truly an asset to the community and I can only wish you continued success with Liberty Toyota. More
