This is my third car I have brought from Liberty, with Dave Smith at my side, and I rated my experience "Great" because you did not have anything greater than "Great". Dave Smith was my sales guy, and he asked all the right questions right of the back, and he went to work. His system is phenomenon. I got the car I wanted, and Dave made it happen. Lydiann was on point as well. I got to hand it to her, she was fast, efficient, she asked the right questions, and I was out of there within a good amount of time. The entire process was over all, above great. These two work as a team and I like that. They made me feel at ease, comfortable, I was not rushed, and when I left the dealership I was above satisfied.
