Dropped off car for oil change. The service person called me to tell me it is done. I arrived 20 minutes later. Initially, my paperwork was not found. Then I was told to wait 10 minutes for the car wash. Thi me to tell me it is done. I arrived 20 minutes later. Initially, my paperwork was not found. Then I was told to wait 10 minutes for the car wash. Thirty minutes later, I asked for them to locate and bring my car out. First, the wrong one was brought out. I was extremely disappointed that I was told it was ready, yet it took almost an hour to actually get me car. Do not call until it’s completely done. More
