I've been pretty much a Honda guy most of my life. I read the reviews for the Chevy Trax and decided I wanted one. I went to Libertyville Chevrolet to buy a new 2025 Trax. It was a terrible experience I read the reviews for the Chevy Trax and decided I wanted one. I went to Libertyville Chevrolet to buy a new 2025 Trax. It was a terrible experience. They lied and cheated me. They sold me a used car with 459 miles on it without disclosing that fact. They advertised the car as having less than 100 miles. They wouldn't let me go home to get my check book. They encouraged me to use a credit card. The assured me they wouldn't charge a fee. In the end they did charge me a credit card processing fee and when I complain they said they would send me a check to cover it. Never happened. I will never set foot in this dealership and I suggest you look elsewhere as well . They will put pressure on you and they will lie and cheat you. More
