Came in for an oil change. It took an hour and a half. It was around 2 in the afternoon, and I called ahead. The service person said they could take me right away. It seems like every time I come to this dealership, everything takes way too long. The last two times I leased my cars here, it took 8 and 7 hours. Last year, my wife bought a Chevy, but refused to do it at your dealership. My lease will be up soon, and I am questioning why would I come back to you again?? I have been a customer here for 20 years, my brother has bought 2 corvettes - I think it's time for my family to find a dealership elsewhere. First off the dealer has a dedicated speed shop in back so your car is never mixed in with other service cars. Only speed shop people work on or even move your car. In some cases the mechanic texts you progress pictures of the work on your car. If you pick up after hours like I did today a car porter walks you back to the shop and you find your car in this finished car booth and you drive it out.
