Great Experience I have purchase cars from this facility since it was Bernard Chevy and Keith Gunning has been my salesman just about the whole time . Actually my son who was like 3 when we met Keith is now 18 and purchased a Cruz from Keith at the end of last year. I also felt very little pressure there in fact there managers were really friendly and surprisingly funny. I'll continue to go back and send friends there. There service department is even stellar. Great Experience! I am from out of state. My boyfriend asked if I could bring his car in for service. When I drove into the service aisle I was greeted with a smile I am from out of state. I gave him the list of things to check and he also Asked me questions since I had drove the car there. Everything was just so thorough and seemingly thoughtful. I don't get that back in NY! In ending, after waiting a couple hours for the car, by my choice since the dealership had free internet - he pulled the car up, washed and shiny, warmed up! and the horrible noise was gone. He was so nice, helpful, polite and I just couldn't believe the great experience! More
