We had a very good experience at this dealership. We came in to buy a new Malibu and their sales team did a wonderful job. They were very courtesy as they explained the features of the car and let us take th in to buy a new Malibu and their sales team did a wonderful job. They were very courtesy as they explained the features of the car and let us take the car we were thinking of buying overnight to help us with the decision. We even took the car to the local Toyota and Honda delaerships to compare the Malibu. Over all the experience was very good and they gave us a good price. We would recommend this dealership to others. More

The dealer did a dealer search for a 2009 Traverse said they found both blue, white and grey ones. I told them we wanted the grey one, we then agreed on a price. I asked the two sales representatives poi they found both blue, white and grey ones. I told them we wanted the grey one, we then agreed on a price. I asked the two sales representatives point blank if they were sure they could get me the car since it was at another dealer and I did not want to miss the rebates/incentives that ended that day. They both interdependently told me that they could get car (I had the opportunity to get the car at a different deal but chose Libertyville because of the location to my house). After agreeing on the vehicle I gave them a down payment of $1,000 and they told me they would have the car ready in two days. I also had them xerox a copy of the paper showing the cost and VIN number of the car along with my deposit. The next day I was called and told that they can not get the car but could possibly get a blue one. Needless to say I was very upset since they were lied about getting the car and now the incentives had expired. When I called the sales manager he had an aloof attitude of 'oh well, they might be able to get you another car'. I'll never do business with Libertyville Chevrolet again. I'll only promote honest businesses. More
